Air Cooled Water Chiller
Amrta air cooled water chiller with environmental friendly refrigerant, such as R32, R410A, R134A and R290 refrigerant. The water chiller adopts famous brand compressor, EEV/TEV, and electric parts etc. Providing the features such as high efficiency, low noise, compactness, simple operation, safety running, easy installation and maintenance etc., the water chiller unit is widely equipped in agriculture, commercial building as well as industrial process cooling application.

** Ambient temperature dB 7 ºC, WB 6 ºC; condenser water in/out temperature 40/45 ºC;
*** In the nominal water flow condition the pressure drop is between this range.

Scroll compressor
Famous brand 3-phase scroll type compressor, with built-in thermal overload cut-out and crankcase heater, mounted on rubber vibration dampers.
Plate heat exchanger
Evaporator uses plate heat exchanger which made from stainless steel features a brand-new diagonal design to better utilize heat exchanging surfaces.
Shell and tube heat exchanger
High efficiency shell and tube type evaporator, factory insulated with flexible close cell material.
Copper tubes aluminum fins heat exhcanger
Condenser built with seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into blue hydrophilic aluminum fins.
Thermal expansion valve
Famous brand thermal expansion valve with external balance offers better refrigerant control and wider load condition.
Electric panel
Electric panel consist of: compressor contactor, fan motor contactor, compressor protection breaker, fan protection breaker, phase sequence relay and microprocessor with function display (display only for master/packaged unit)
Automatic operation dramatically reducing maintenance cost thanks to reliable microprocessor system.
