Amrta air cooled water chiller adopts unitary structure, the hydraulic module including expansion tank, plate type of heat exchanger and water circulating pump is built in the unit, saving much installation space and cost. Providing the features such as high efficiency, low noise, compactness, simple operation, safety running, easy installation and maintenance etc., the water chiller unit is widely equipped in agriculture, commercial building as well as industrial process cooling application.
* Ambient temperature 35ºC; user side water in/out 12/7ºC.
** Ambient temperature 7ºC; user side water in/out 40/45ºC.
*** Sound pressure measured at a distance of 1 m and a height of 1.5 m above the ground in an ideal field (fan side).
Product Details
Using famous brand scroll compressors, with built-in thermal overload cut-out and crankcase heater, mounted on rubber vibration isolators.
Evaporator uses plate heat exchanger which made from stainless steel features a brand-new diagonal design to better utilize heat exchanging surfaces.
Condenser built with seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into blue hydrophilic aluminum fins.
Famous brand thermal expansion valve with external balance offers better refrigerant control and wider load condition.
The chiller with electric components, the electric panel consist of compressor contactor, compressor protection breaker, fan motor protection breaker, control circuit protection breaker, phase sequence relay (only for 3-phase), programmable microprocessor controller
